We think that further technology development cultivation is necessary to respond to customers requirement for high precision, technological innovation and changing market. The place where we see synergy effect of knowledge, over years experience and latest technological data. That is NIPPON FUSSO laboratory... Surface Treatment Technology Research Center (SRC).

SRC works for new product R&D, technical service and maintenance. This role can make customer's relief and reliability, furthermore our strength at product process. This institution was established and started operation in January 2007.

Originally, the laboratory was established as Technology Department next to our headquarter. SRC was established as functional expansion at present location. There, 1 large oven, 10 small ovens and spraying material production equipments are included. Further, SEMs and other types of measuring devices such as elementary analysis equipment are in place for performance evaluation and coating film analysis, making up a faultless framework. Our large application equipment, which was previously used in combination with our production plant, has now been made exclusive, which has greatly shortened development periods. In the future, we intend to address existing issues such as heavy metal pollution prevention, improving washability, and static electricity prevention, while also increasing the number of researchers, to elevate our technological development abilities in order to respond to the increasingly high precision and high purity expectations from each industrial field.

We believe fluoropolymer coating is not only coating, but also this supports the customers with a various aspects of its activities and since the customers' requirements are getting more severe and using conditions are diversified, SRC needs to collaborate with the sales and the production.

SRC work can not be done by only them.

The sample items are analyzed using special devices for that purpose, and the results of the analysis are reported to the customer. This allows our customers to select the most appropriate coating for their use. Depending on the customer's requirements, we have also developed new products or done a modification of current products.

We also encourage the team spirits among the group, not only domestic sales, production and SRC, but also strengthen the collaboration with the overseas own factory and the partners to tackle the customer needs.
