Mixing

Mixing vessels are used for various applications such as reaction, mixing, dissolution, precipitation, dispersion, etc. Then, fluoropolymer coatings are often used on wetted and gas-contact surfaces for the purpose of improving cleanability, corrosion resistance, and preventing metal ion elution.

    Fluoropolymer coating is mainly used to improve cleanability in this application, and this better cleanability helps to prevent cross contamination after lot changes.
    Add on cleanability, anti-electrostatic property is also selected and added, if organic solvent is used for the process.

Agitator

Any type of agitator such as paddle, anchor and ribbon can be applicable to our fluoropolymer coating.
The main purpose of applying our coating is to expect anti-corrosion, non-stick and/or prevent metal ion elution.
